Since finally I found some fellow #poetry lovers, I found the motivation to put subtitles to the first videos I uploaded. My apologies to the native speakers for the pronunciation. But I love English poetry very much and I do believe that poems need to be read aloud. The first one I want to share is "A swallow" by #TedHughes, because his poetry gave me back the faith that I might indeed understand English poetry. My first encounters where with Shakespeare, Poe, and Barrett Browning. And full of self-confidence I approached Yeats and Eliot. And failed grandiosely! It was "The Harvest Moon" that brought me back on track. It is from the collection "Season Songs" just as the following piece:
