Yeah, this is a real head-scratcher. Disney is trying to claim they aren't responsible after the woman died of anaphylaxis from eating foods she was allergic to (nuts and dairy) but was assured were not present in what she was served at the Disney restaurant.

The latest wrinkle is that now Disney is claiming they have no connection with the restaurant, which they say rents the space. Just a lot of lawyers dancing.
