Hamas does not care for their people. They use them as human shields. Caring for the deaths of Palestinians, Jewish and all Israeli people is NOT TO BE CONFUSED with supporting Hamas. So many Israeli Arabs and Palestinians hate Hamas for their crimes against their own people and their Jewish friends. Stop being ridiculous. Don't support a death cult. Support humans who just want to live a peaceful life. Support families. Support love health education. None of those are the values of Hamas.

to be fair, those also aren't the values of the Israeli govt, either.

innocents are dying on both sides, caused by leadership corruption on both sides. however, as Israel is the governing power, and as the US is its primary means of support, both financially and rhetorically, thats where much criticism belongs -- the Palestinian and Israeli citizens are both caught in the middle of a fascist, colonialist, military-capitalist nightmare.

The Israeli military does wrong too ofc. But there's a difference between an army protecting its people and terrorists going into a party slicing the bellies of pregnant women, killing 40 babies in a day and 1200 people in a few days, killing hundreds at a party and kidnapping 150+ children, elderly, women and men. And actually, those are the values of Israel, education and health, that's why Israel used to send Gaza tens of millions of dollars to build schools and hospitals.

I'm really sorry. I'm definitely triggered over this. I'm a survivor of 9/11, so there's that (I'm not claiming special privilege, just sharing where my emotions are coming from), and a group of writers I know from a while ago is very concerned about a friend of ours and her husband who have been missing from the Israeli side since Saturday. thank you for engaging with me on this topic and for your patience with my poorly articulated thoughts.

@esvrld Darling. Read the news. As well as, my parents were just a few minutes away from there, and we know so many held captive and killed in the past few days. I'm not going to respond to the rest you wrote, I already had enough moments of falling due to panic attacks today.
That was not one baby, as if one is not already enough.
