The SEO / AI spam has really gotten out of hand in search engines! I didn't want to install additional software / block lists, but the first two hits in my search today were both non-obvious spam that I wasted a decent amount of time reading before getting suspicious... so I finally gave in and installed uBlacklist with the blocklists you recommended.

C’est ahurissant, purement dystopique. Il s’agit ni plus ni moins que de supprimer en totalité le tissu de petits producteurs et des fermes paysannes au Kenya. William Ruto, le président, est une sorte de Milei africain et il est lui-même un grand propriétaire terrien (il connaît donc son affaire, on peut dire de manière cynique).
Il abandonne aux grandes firmes agro-alimentaires l’exclusivité absolue de toute la production agricole et horticole (pour ceux qui l’ignorent, le Kenya est un des plus gros producteurs de fleurs, lesquelles sont exportées notamment aux Pays-Bas et revendues ensuite dans toute l’Europe).
Et, en les noyant sous un océan de normes absurdes, de technicité et de jargon, de supprimer tous les petits producteurs locaux (je traduis et cite 😀
« Les règles obligatoires, que le gouvernement a déclaré être « ancrées dans la loi », signifieront que seuls les grands agriculteurs, les entreprises et les importateurs seront autorisés à fournir des fruits et des légumes au Kenya, tout commerçant achetant des fruits et des légumes à des agriculteurs non certifiés s’exposant à de lourdes sanctions.
Les sanctions s’appliqueront aux intermédiaires, aux distributeurs, aux transformateurs ou à tout acheteur direct qui achète des fruits et légumes à un agriculteur qui n’a pas été certifié comme ayant mis en œuvre la norme kenyane KS1758 de 55 pages, obligatoire. »
On a déjà vu dans l’histoire des politiques de destruction délibérée de la petite paysannerie : l’exemple qui vient à l’esprit est bien entendu la collectivisation des fermes dans les régimes communistes – sauf qu’il n’était pas question de confier la production, bien au contraire, à quelques conglomérats privés ! On pense aussi aux politiques agricoles coloniales, et même aux plantations esclavagistes. Autre tragédie vécue par les paysans du « global south », leur soumission aux multinationales des semences et OGM : le cas de l’Inde est célèbre et très documenté, notamment grâce aux travaux et activités militantes de Vandana Shiva. Mais là encore, les producteurs restaient propriétaires, la plupart du temps, s’ils parvenaient à survivre, de leur ferme (je n’oublie pas cependant le taux de suicide effarant des agriculteurs pieds et mains liés à ces fournisseurs criminels, en Inde et ailleurs). En Chine, on sait comment l’exode rural, orchestrée par le gouvernement, a servi à alimenter les villes portuaires, devenues les usines du monde, en main d’œuvre corvéable à merci et privée de tous droits.
Mais là, ça va beaucoup plus loin – ce qui n’est pas peu dire.
L’objectif paraît évident :
1. Le Kenya vend la totalité de son marché alimentaire (et horticole), de la production au consommateur, à quelques acteurs privés surpuissants. Il verrouille toute la filière de manière à la réserver à quelques supers producteurs, lesquels s’enrichiront fabuleusement, comme on l’imagine.
2. Ces derniers pourront s’accaparer pour presque rien les terres rendues disponibles (c’est-à-dire : la totalité des terres : cela s’appelle vendre un pays entier non ? Pour de plus en plus de gouvernements dans le monde, organiser littéralement l’accaparement des terres, brader leurs territoires, pour satisfaire l’avidité des entreprises étrangères, extractives ou agricoles, est devenu un sport national.)
3. Les anciens paysans seront ou bien re-embauchés en tant qu’ouvrier.eres agricoles par ces géants de l’agro-industrie (qui pourront certainement être redécorés aux couleurs du greenwashing pour l’exportation européenne)
4. ou bien ils/elles iront grossir le précariat qui s’amasse autour des grandes villes, servant de main d’œuvre à bas prix pour les entreprises – par exemple, autour de la Silicon Valley kenyanne :

5. ou bien encore, les femmes, notamment, seront incitées à aller travailler dans la domesticité (avec tout ce que cela suppose d’exploitation, y compris sexuelle) dans les sinistres pays du Golfe.

La seule chose qui paraît certaine, c’est que tout cela va finir dans un bain de sang. Que ces lois délirantes induisent l’emploi de la force militaire et la violence de l’État.
