This is the kind of film that needs to be watched all the way through before you judge it. It starts out the way you would expect an American army film to be, but it goes into the kind of very serious anti-Nazi warning that the US has since stopped issuing. The US and a lot of other countries have forgotten this warning, and will pay an awful price if they don't start remembering it again.
